As a pioneer and leader in the industry, MTN is not only the largest telecommunications company in Nigeria, but has also recorded several notable firsts, which have positioned our operations and activities as a point of reference for the telecoms industry and the business community in Nigeria and Africa.Job Title: Learning Solutions ManagerCompetency Planning and DevelopmentDesign curriculum and develop programmesEnsure all role competencies in MTN Nigeria have appropriate curriculum coverDevelop competency-based training/development plan for organisationProvide 100% curriculum covering MTN Nigeria Competency frameworkUpdate learning directories periodically to respond to business needsMake input into the development of training strategy and approachManage training needs assessment for individual staff and organization in consultation with departmental heads and managersDetermine micro training requirements across the organization and source relevant local and international courses to meet such requirements for internal deliveryIdentify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standardsDevelop assessment methods and systems required for training needs assessmentManage training evaluation procedure using the Kirk Patrick evaluation methodologyConduct periodic training effectiveness surveyManage MTN Nigeria internal training schoolManage MTN Academy programme delivery in NigeriaEnsure quality assurance on content developmentAllocate training resources for different training needs based on analysis of need, capacity, experience and knowledge of trainerManage the Corporate Induction programmeConduct annual training effectiveness surveyProvide input for the Learning and Development budgetManage learning management reporting using the OLM effectivelyManage the customer relations practitioner programme (CRPP)Ensure appropriate programme selection and delivery for frontline competency developmentDevelop and deploy learning strategy to support frontline capability (Customer Relations, Sales and Distribution)Ensure competency upgrade for frontline staff to enable the achievement of MTN Nigeria customer experience strategyJob Conditions: Standard MTNN working conditions.
