Apply  $900 to $1000 per day Extras: Net day rate + accommodation & flights provided Commissioning Planning Engineer - Operator - Port Harcourt - Rotation 6/2 My client requires a Commissioning Planning Engineer to provide technical/team leadership on various projects in the pre-comm & commissioning planning implementation, scheduling, schedule controlling, reporting analysis, forecasting and project coordination on major projects development for oil and gas. Responsibilities: Monitor Contractors activities related to construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning works from a detailed level 4 schedule using P3 & P6 software. Prepare weekly progress report highlighting progress on construction, pre-comm and commissioning activities and discuss issues related to critical items of the project with Contractors to formulate recovery programs(if required) Formulate tracking sheet (in Excel/ Spreadsheet) detailing completed A1(Construction) and B1(pre-comm & comm.) sheets based on software(CMS) with link to P3/P6 Prepare monthly report/update of the integrated schedule and major projects milestone reporting for management and joint venture partners. Interact with Team Leaders on a day to day activities on site by providing information(i.e, 7 day look ahead schedule and other spreadsheet tools). Prepare level 4 schedule to forecast scenario for internal use by forecasting relevant construction and commissioning milestone dates, prepare delay analysis as is required on the project.
