CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional construction manager to join a solid and reputable company.The successful person will become a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the operations director and delivering the business plan.Reporting to the Operation Director Responsibilities will include- contributing to the day to day operational management of the business from post sale to final account. With specific emphasis on the on site operations.- ensuring you are effectively resourced with skilled individuals- Ensuring that the business process is appropriately utilised so that detailed build programmes and safe working systems are produced, appropriate plant provided and skilled contracts managers and erectors are in place- building and maintaining effective working relationships with teams including customers, supply chain erectors etc and other key stake holders.- providing leadership, evaluate information.In order to be considered for this role candidates must be well experienced in construction management and be able to demonstrate knowledge in planning, health and safety, quality management, resource management, budget management and supply chain management.
