The role
We are looking to recruit a General Manager with experience as Camp Boss/Camp Manager within the Gas & Oil industry. This is a well established and expanding Catering Services company who require a Manager to initially manage the day-to-day existing business (they have comprehensive SOP’s in place covering all aspects of management and H&S) then look to increase current business levels. What We Are Looking For

Experience gained as a head chef or catering manager within industrial operations.
Marketing Skills and be able to drive the buiness forward
The ability to control stock, GPs', costs, budgets, and wastage.
Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
A hands-on approach and ability to train, motivate, and develop teams to succeed.
