JOB FUNCTIONS

Procurement of Primary/Secondary Ingredients for use in cement productionDevelop & document detailed category procurement knowledgeSupport Group results through cost optimization/reductions (cost and demand side savings) for selected spend categoriesLead of the Purchasing Unit/ Category Group/ direct reports through adoption of an appropriate style and management by objectives (KBI’s, KPI’s)Lead cost management programs – identify targets, projects and implement improvement actions

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years in a Supply Chain / Procurement environmentPeople Management & Succession Planning
