including calls, emails, post, and fax to ensure they are dealt with appropriately.<BR>Collects and researches information on assigned matters.<BR>Produces reports and statistical analyses as per the experience in a multinational company.<BR>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<BR>Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.<BR>Must have had experience working as a PA with Directors or (MD/CEOs) of an organisation<BR>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse people and culture.<BR>Ability to understand & speak French
