1.) Head, Legal (HI 10)

Job Specification & Experience
Managing the sourcing of external legal services;Managing the Authority's relationships with external providers of legal services on an ongoing basis;Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders;Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and in appropriate action;Minimum of 6 years experienceBrief experience as a company secretary is requiredExperience working in a legal firm is required 
2.) Financial Analyst (FA 10)
Job Specification & Experience
Gathering and analyzing financial information from the organization and her subsidiariesAssessing the economic performance of subsidiaries and giving a detailed analysis of investments.Reviewing new policies and reguiations and projecting the effect that the same could have on the investmentsAnalyzing prevailing trend in financial services, business practices and competition as relates to the business of the subsidiariesConduct a general financial analysis of the finance reports obtained from various departmentsMinimum of 6 years industry or relevant experience 
3.) Branch Manager (BOM 10)

Locations: PH & Warri
Job Specification & Experience
Build and maintain effective professional relationships with intermediaries, usually insurance brokers’ or financial advisers.Identify and develop new business in line with branch objectives and set targetsGeneral management of the office including budget management and report writing.Minimum of 8 years industry or relevant experienceMarketing experience in the eastern part of the country required 
4.) Accountant (ACC 10)
Job Specification & Experience
Compile budgetary recommendations from each department and prepare an operational budgetMonitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted fundsDevelop complex financial reports for forecasting, trending and results analysisReview invoices and statements and approve paymentsSupervise maintenance of conduct checks on accounting records and documents to ensure accuracy and adequacy of informationMake recommendations for improving services and reducing costMinimum of 7 years experience
5.) Head, Capital Management
Job Specification & Experience
Monitor investments market with respect to stated objectives.Assisting in developing investment policies and processesProviding analysis and reports that facilitate decision making.Keeping a dose watch on the changing economic trends in market and accordingly suggests changes in investment strategies.Minimum of 10 years experience with 5 years in a senior manager role
6.) Marketing Executive (MRK 10)

Job Specification & Experience
Client Sourcing: develop new client and maintain existing relationships sales calls. correspondence, etcIdentify Client's Specific RequirementsSend approved quotes\proposal and oversees invoices to clientsRaising Memos relevant to client provisioning/client requestsBuild and maintain a detailed accurate, up-to-date customer/client knowledge baseIdentify commercially viable routes of benefit to client and company.Minimum of 5 years experience
