HR Executive-Retention is responsible for employment benefits, medical, payroll, training and performance management for all staff. The HR Executive's job entails developing, advising and implementing policies including work practices, diversity, and employment pay condition required by the company to ensure the retention staff Managing employee benefits, medical, payroll and performance managementAdministering payroll system and maintaining staff related records. ensuring that department managers receive an accurate and timely assistance in response to particular  queries related to HR policies or other aspects of employment legislationDeveloping and managing the employee career development and leaning path by ensuring the acquisition of selected skills through certification, training, on the job learning etc.Qualifications:Degree in IRPM, Business Administration or any other social/environmental science with cognate post-graduate experience in relevant fieldA good knowledge of the HRIS e.g Human Manager is an added advantageA relevant post-graduate degree/professional qualification will be an advantage
