RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop agency distribution channels and generate demand for the company's productsProvide satisfactory customer service delivery in line with the company's policy Implement sales programs in line with the company's marketing objectivesRaise, lead and motivate a team of sale force through the team sales unit managersDirect the effort of the team towards achieving the set company's target.QUALIFICATIONS

·   A degree in any field Associate of the CIIN or any other relevant professional qualificationMust have minimum of 2yrs experience as agency manger, direct unit manger or unit manger in an insurance companyMust be between the ages 28-40METHOD OF APPLICATION
