EStream NetWorks is a broadband communications company dedicated in providing various services for commercial and public enterprise regardless of their size using satellite technology.In partnership with iDirect Technologies-the world's leading Broadband Satellite Equipment manufacturers and SES(merger of NSS, Astra and Sirius Satellites)–a first rated and world largest satellite bandwidth provider, we offer a wide range of services.From enterprise connectivity via Managed Private Networks to providing Professional Consulting Services, Internet Access, Disaster Recovery we've got it covered and keep striving to be the preferred satellite communications company that makes all the difference giving you quality, reliability and results like never before. We seek to engage an experienced candidate to fill this vacant position.Position Title: Assistant ManagerDepartment: Business Development DeptThe duties include (but not limited to)Build and guide a business development team to penetrate new customer base and drive sales revenueOversee all customer accountsExecute the sales plan formulated by the company’s overall sales and marketing strategy Prepare sales and marketing tools to grow existing accounts and attain new accounts Analyze market information and competitive intelligence, understanding customer expectations to perform strategic product positioning.Negotiate customer contracts in the design, fabrication and production of molds and piece parts Provide quotations, pre and post sales support to customers Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Develop and review action plans to manage customer expectations with co-ordination from factory and management.A recognized Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications. At least 2years experience in Sales or Business Development, with supervisory experience. Able to work independently under minimal supervision
