They seek to challenge the status quo in terms of quality service delivery in an already robust market and will effectively emerge as one of Nigeria's leading investment banks within the next five years.In their bid to carve, a niche in the highly sophisticated and emerging opportunities in the Nigerian Capital market they require that some vacancies be filled in their Abuja and Lagos branch offices.Position Title:     Front Desk/ Customer ServiceManage the daily activities of Front Desk, to ensure quality service is maintained in accordance with the organization
Conducts staff meetings including a review of location standards, departmental procedures and operating issues
Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone
Demonstrate good computer skills
Accurately handle cash and charges
Qualifications and Experience:A strong understanding and fluency in Hausa is important for the Abuja based role
Minimum of 1 year experience in front desk management
A good university degree is required
Skills and Competences
Good communication skills (appearance, written and spoken)
Good understanding of customer service delivery
High standards of ethics and integrity
Broad knowledge of service areas
Excellent customer relationship etiquettes
Excellent time management skills
