This position will be working within and providing data support to our RDS Geoscience group. The role will involve close interaction with geoscientists.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Final processed data are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.Customer satisfaction is guaranteed all the time.Log data quality control of both wire line and LWD dataLoading of the field dataCommunication with the field offices to ensure accuracy of data deliveryArchiving and cataloguing processed dataESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant experience in a geo-technical data support role of at least 1+ yearUnderstanding and some experience with oil field data of at least 1+ yearAbility to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplined team environmentStrong computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geoscience related field is desiredExperience with log data processing and basic PetrophysicsMinimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar position is desired
