HVAC & BUILDING CONSTRUCTION TRAINERS

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in Mathematics and English LanguageNot less than 5 years experience working as a professional HVAC technicianAt least 7 years technical experience working in the construction fieldProficient use of the computers and programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPointGood coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skillsEffective written, verbal communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast paced environmentKnowledge of relevant health and safety codesHVAC TRAINER

Must have proven advances experience working on and installing the following:

Air conditioning split systems, refrigeration condensing units, evaporators and chillersReclaim, pressure test, leak check, vacuum and recharge refrigerantCut and bend copper pipe, braze copper and wiring of refrigerant controlsMitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Samsung, Panasonic and Toshiba systems407C, 134A, 404A and 410A refrigerantsBUILDING CONSTRUCTION TRAINER

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a good general knowledge of methods and practices, tools and materials used in trades and vocations of commercial/residential construction;Health & SafetyBasic building code requirementsHand and power toolsSurveying, setting and marking out, taking and transferring of levelsFormwork; shuttering (columns, beams and slabs)Block laying; mixes and ratios, erect blocks vertical and horizontalPlastering; mixes ratio, external and on ceilings, application of various coats and finishesTiling; preparing walls and floors, marking and working out quantitiesPainting; preparation, coats and finishes, internal and external on diverse surface types
