Rate - Negotiable, between 450550 euros

Within the Maintenance & Inspection Commissioning team, provide technical assistance, monitoring of commissioning activities associated with Mechanical systems on the USAN FPSO.

Responsibilities / Main activities

- Perform Pump Alignments

- Perform Vessel / Tank internal Inspections

- Punch out Piping Systems using marked-up P&ID’s

- Report weekly progress of the PCR’s (commissioning check sheets) and Job Cards.

- Comply with the Mechanical Commissioning Work Permits and Toolbox Talks

- Complete Weekly Timesheets

- Complete and sign for all inspection activities listed on the CR’s (commissioning check sheets).

- Carryout the Commissioning Witness Points that are specified on the Project CR’s (construction check sheets)

- Carryout Sub System Joint Punch Listing

- Carryout Commissioning Air Blowing / Leak Testing

- Carryout Lube Oil Flushing

- Assist in N2 / Helium Leak Testing

- Witness and initial the Commissioning Activities recorded in the Commissioning Procedures OTP’s.

- Witness and initial Load Testing of Mechanical Handling Equipment

- Liaise with other Discipline Technicians

- Support Role in the implementation of the HSE Plan
