Job Title: Site Manager
Job Description:
>To establish and manager a site workforce on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, in a diligent manner, on time and within budget to the highest possible standard.
>The applicant would be responsible for a whole site or part of a project and all site workers including labourers, sub-contractors and utility providers.
>He would also be expected to report to a more senior manager the reports of how he is effectively managing and controlling all aspects of the project process on a daily and weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
>To ensure compliance with the company construction policy and procedure.
>To supervise, coordinate and monitor staff, sub-contractors, material supplies and utility providers, to ensure efficiency in all procedures.
>Scheduling work to be carried out in order to ensure production target are achieved and high quality standards are maintain.
>Ensure that production targets are met and costs are kept within budget.Y
>Daily documentation and reporting of all site activities must be recorded for audit and quality control purposes.
Qualification Requirements:
OND in Civil Engineering (accounting background would be an advantage).
