Change Manager, Digital Oilfields Nigeria & Gabon

<P>Change Manager - Oil & Gas - ?60,000 - 70,000, UK based with 20% to West Africa (Nigeria & Gabon)</P><P>The Senior Consultant will have strong (people) change management experience as well as some background in Digital Oilfields/Integrated Operations programmes. They will have experience of the full change management lifecycle from assessment, to design, to delivery of coaching and training. Ideally the candidate will have a clear awareness of Collaborative Decision Environments (CWEs). You will lead the change and behavioural element of a CWE project. You should have previous experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas domain, with particular preference given to Digital Oilfield and/or Collaborative Environments and have Change management experience on transformation projects within the sector. You should demonstrate solid knowledge of a formal change management methodology and offer good people-facing/client skills; adept at interviewing, facilitation. Creative and entrepreneurial in approach but focused on effective delivery. Consulting (internal or consulting firm) experience desired with strong verbal / written / presentation / facilitation / communication / relationship building / social networking skills.
