[full-time] Inventory Manager at A Product Handling Company

A Product Handling Company seeks intelligent and resoureful individual to fill the post of an inventory manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that accurate re-order levels,minimum and maximum stock levels are set.Monitors regularly and review slow moving/idle stock items and prepare necessary reports for management action.Ensure monthly and periodic stock counts exercise are carried out to ensure inventory accuracy and prepare reports for management action.Ensure periodic fixed asset verification exercise is implementedCarryout day to day inputs of receipts and issues using duly approved source documents.Set up the proper arrangement of spares in the spare parts store.QUALIFICATION
A degree in accounting,statistics,economics or business administration.A professional qualification in ICAN,ACCA or its equivalent is compulsory.A cognate knowledge of the transport and logistics sectorMust be conversant with budget preparation,budgetary controls and review.
Knowledge of 'NAVISION ERP' is an added advantage.
