Qualification
A good HND in Secretarial Administration or B.Sc/ HND in any Art or Social science course. Two to five years experience working as a Personal Assistant, membership of the Chartered Instituted of Secretarial Administration, Chartered Instituted of Administration or its equivalent will be an added advantage.

Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director of a service company based in Lagos, the incumbent will be responsible for reading, monitoring and responding to mails, commissioning work/projects based on instructions. Booking meetings, organizing travel plans and preparing complex travel arrangements. Must be able to plan, organize and manage events with the ability to manage budgets and conduct research.Ability to write reports and executive summaries. Handling special projects as well as typing and filing of documents.
