A leading telecoms and ICT company is in search competent and articulate Presales EngineersManagement of RFQs process from request to proposal under HQ presales manager’s supervisionCreate localized sales tools for sales managersDesigning satellite network solutions, including network sizing and dimensioningPlanning, managing and running proof of concept with focus on PN over satellitePotential and existing customers meeting to promote salesPresentations for customersParticipation in bid and REP/RFI responsesPrepare and conduct training to partners on relevant issues At least 4 years of experience in TelecommunicationsTechnology or engineering degree preferably B.Sc, B.Eng, HND in Elect/ElectRequires background in and knowledge of RF and satellite communicationRequires background in and knowledge of networking and data communicationIntimate knowledge and experience with VPNsAbility to calculate satellite link budgetBackground in and knowledge of cellular backhaul-an advantageAbility to interpret site equipment layout and cabling diagramsAbility to design a complete solution from RFQA demonstrated working knowledge and use of several operating software systems, including, basic UNIX, all Windows Operation system and Microscope office suitesService oriented and excellent organization, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and teamwork skillsExcellent written and communications skillsFluent English both writing and speaking is mandatory
