Lifegate Consulting is a HR firm providing recruitment solutions nationwide.Our clients is an oil servicing company in Lagos and looking to hire into the Corporate Services department. Responsible for managing assigned brands including:Annual brand planning;
Brand strategy development;
Budgeting and budgetary control;
Designing and implementing advertising campaigns and promotional activities; and new product development and launch.
Interview clients to develop information concerning the business's, needs, desires, abilities and earnings,
Coordinate with Credit Administration to determine whether a loan may be at an acceptable risk.
Call on potential or existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing one
Reinforce the business social responsibility service through communication and internal branding to heighten the company's perception for potential recruits, both entry-level and experienced
Work with teams of risk and compliance managers to ensure policies and best practices are in place to minimize risk to the public
Teaming with marketing and communications managers to proactively market the brand and increase ethical pride
Executive Director Corporate services
B.sc Degree in any relevant discipline from a reputable institution is strongly preferred.
Project management qualifications will be an added advantage
Degree holders in environmental studies will be given more priority
Experience in business development is a good advantage.
Must possess strong work ethics, be a self-starter and intelligent problem solver
Ability to work under pressure and a good team player
Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
Flexible and mature approach with ability to work with minimum supervision
Strong client focus and the ability to interact with senior leadership is important
Strong ability to communicate in a professional manner with external and internal customers required.
Strong organizational, management and leadership skills required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality required.
Ability to create and successfully manage client relationships required.
Salary Range: Naira 1000000 to 1500000 per Year
