Other registered operational offices are at 22B Creek Road, Apapa, Lagos; and 58, Ibrahim Taiwo Road, Kano.Due to recent expansion and improvement in our operational effectiveness, the company is seeking highly motivated and competent Manpower to fill this vacant position.Position Title: Maintenance ManagerMain Duties and Responsibilities:Communicates directly with the operatives departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areasImplements programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness Monitors operatives of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.Establish and maintains a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance related problems.Initiates and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating cost.Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and initiate re-ordering when necessaryAny other duties that may be assigned from time to timeB.sc Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum of 10years relevant post qualification experience
