Qualifications:

All Consultants should have the following of the Nigerian Postgraduate Medical College or West Africa Postgraduate Medical College or its equivalent. They must be registered with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria with current practicing licences.

MEDICAL OFFICERS

Principal Medical Officer: (Ref; CLS; PMO/014) must be with Medical or Dental council of Nigeria and at least 10 years post NYSC experience. He / she must possess basic Surgical and administrative skills.

Senior Medical Officers: (Ref; 2011 CLS ; SMO 015) must be registered with Medical and Dental council of Nigeria and with at least 7 years  experience of post NYSC. He/she must possess basic surgical skills and to be able to manage emergency supervision.

Medical Officers: (Ref; 2011 CLS; MO 016) Medical Officers should have MBBS from a recognized medical school. Must be registered with Medical and Dental council of Nigeria with at least 2 years post NYSC experience.

Dental Surgeons: (Ref; 2011 DES; 017) Dental Officers should have BDS or its equivalent from a recognized school, with at least 2years cognate experience. Must be registered with  any relevant professional bodies.

i.            Dental Therapist: (Ref; 2011 CLS; GAS 018) HND in Dental Therapy with at least 2 years cognate experience.

ii.            Dental Assistant: (Ref; 2011 CLS; DSA 019) Diploma in Dental Surgery Assistant.

MEDICAL IMAGING SCIENTIST: (Ref; 2011 CLS; MIS 020) with at least 2 years post NYSC experiences. B.Sc. in Radiography from an accredited institution. Full registration with Radiography Registration Board of Nigeria – NRRBN; current practicing licences; NYSC discharge certificate 0r exemption; proficiency with modern imaging techniques an advantage.OPTOMETRISTS: (Ref; 2011 OPT; 021) a degree in Optometry and must be registered with the Optometry and dispensing Opticians Board of Nigeria – ODOBN. And evident of current practicing licencePRINCIPLE LABORATORY SCIENTIST: (Ref; 2011 CLS; PLS 022) should have AMLT or BMLS with 10 years’ post NYSC experience, preference will be given to Hematology/ Chemical pathology specialist.

Laboratory Scientist: (Ref; 2011 CLS; SLS 023) should have AMLT or BMLS with8 years’ post NYSC experience, preference will be given to Hematology/ Chemical pathology specialist.

PHARMACISTS: (Ref; 2011 CLS; PHS 025) should have B.pharm and must be a registered member of Pharmacist Council of Nigeria – PCN. With at least 2 years post NYSCDIETICIAN: (Ref; 2011 CLS; MIS 026) should have minimum of B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics with at least 2 years post NYSC experience.

NURSING SERVICES

PRINCIPAL NURSING OFFICERS: (Ref; 2011 NS; PNO 027) with at least 12 years post qualification experience.SENIOR NURSING OFFICERS: (Ref; 2011 NS; SNO 028) at least 10 years of experience.NURSING OFFICER: (Ref; 2011 NS; NO 029) at least 5 years post quality experienceANAESTHETIC NURSE: (Ref; 2011 NS; ANN 030) with 3-5 years post qualification experiencePeri-operative nurse: (Ref; 2011 NS; PEPN 031) with at least 2 years experienceACCIDENT/EMERGENCY/TRAUMA  NURSES: (Ref; 2011 NS; AETN 032) with 2 years of  experience.MORTUARY ATTENDANTS: (Ref; 20111 NS; MA 033) should have minimum of school certificate and 3 years experience on the job.HOUSE KEEPER: (Ref; 2011 NS; HK 034) should have minimum of 1st degree with 2 years cognate experience.

ADMINISTRATION

HEAD of ADMIN: (Ref; 2011 BS; HBS 035) with at least 10years cognate experience in a similar position. MBA and ACA will be an advantage. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: (Ref; 2011 BS; BDM 036) a degree in Business or Marketing or similar field with 8-10 years experience. Master degree will be advantageous.COMPANY SECRETARY/LEGAL ADVISER: (Ref; 2011 BS; CS/LA 037) a degree in Law from a reputable university with 4 years’ post NYSC experience in similar position. An evidence of having graduated from the Nigeria Law School is mandatory. Membership of either Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of Nigeria or Institute of Company Secretaries and Administration (ICSAN) will be advantageous.CORPORATE RELATIONS EXECUTIVE: (Ref; 2011 BS; CRE 038) B.Sc.in Humanities/Social Sciences with at least 2 years post NYSC experience either in Public Relations or Marketing. Must be a go-getter and must have good interpersonal skills.ADMIN OFFICERS: (Ref; 2011 BS; BSO 039) degree in Humanities/Social Sciences with at least 2years post NYSC experience in similar position.HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER: (Ref; 2011 BS; HRO 040) degree in Humanities/Social Sciences with at least 4 years post NYSC experience in similar position. Professional membership of CIPMN, NIM, or NITAD will be advantageous.MEDICAL ENGINEER: (Ref; 2011 BS; ME 041) should have minimum  od OND  with 2 years cognate experience.ELECTRICAL ENGINEER: (Ref; 2011 BS; EE 042)  should have minimum of 2years experiencePLUMBERS: (Ref; 211 BS; PLB 043) OND in Civil Engineering with 2 years experience in plumbing work.HEAD of SECURITY: (Ref; 2011 BS; HOS 044) minimum of OND with any Military or Paramilitary experience.MEDICAL SECRETARIES:  (Ref; 2011 BS; MS 045) HND in Secretarial Admin with minimum of 2 years experience. Must be a good communicator, personable and fast- placed at work and dedicated. Professional certification an added advantage.LIBRIAN: (Ref; 2011 BS; LIB 045) degree in Library Science with 2 years’ post NYSC experience.FRONT DESK OFFICERS: (Ref; 2011 BS; FDS 046) minimum of NCE/OND. Being able to respond promptly to customers enquires, personable, and fast-paced at work. Experience in similar position.DRIVER: (Ref; 2011 BS; DR 047) minimum of SSCE should possess current driving license and have a good knowledge of Abuja road network.GARDENERS: (Ref; 2011 BS; GAR 048) should have a minimum of school certificate with 2 years experience as a gardener.PRODUCUREMENT OFFICER: (Ref; 2011 BS; PO 049) minimum of OND and 2 years work experience in a similar position. FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS

HEAD of FINANCE & ACCOUNTS: (Ref; 2011  FA; HFA 051) B.Sc./HND in Accounting/Finance with not less than 10 years’ post NYSC experience. Possession of MBA and ICAN or other related profession is advantageous.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTANT: (Ref; 2011 FA; PA 051) B.Sc./HND in Accounting/Finance with not less 8 years’ post NYSC experience. Possession of MBA and ICAN or other related profession is advantageous.COST CONTROL and MANGEMENT ACCOUNTANT: (Ref; 2011 FA; CCMA 053) B.Sc./HND in Accounting with at least 5 years experience in Accounting/Audit experience.SENIOR ACCOUNTANT: (Ref; 2011 FA; SA 054) B.Sc./HND in Accounting/Finance with not less 6 years’ post NYSC experience. Possession of MBA and ICAN or other related profession is advantageous.ACCOUNTS OFFICERS/AUDIT OFFICER: (Ref; 2011 FA; AO/AO 055) B.Sc./HND in Accounting with at least 2 years post NYSC Accounting/Audit experience.BILLING OFFICERS: (Ref; 2011 FA; BO 056) OND in Social Sciences
