Allocation of consumables to units and staff membersReceives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.Takes proper and accurate records using the required programs/facilitiesMaintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking itemsReceives, arrange, preserve and record materials and consumablesRecord cancelled and damaged itemsUpdates job knowledge by participating in training/educational opportunitiesMaintains the storehouse and archive records and keeps store(s) and archive areas in neat and orderly mannerAny other related assignment to job function[ Send application ]
