JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, services or image and also evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of these strategies by looking at the impact they had on market share and consumer perception.
To support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally.
Develop in conjunction with the other staff of the company, plans for the growth and development of the company and the expansion or improvement of company services.
Build and maintain highlevel contacts with current and prospective clients and other business and project partners.
Organize studies and surveys based on detailed market research of our services and to gain a clear understanding of clients, competitors and general environment
Responsible for seeking out potential clients, offering them our services and familiarizing them with the benefits of the services. This can be done in person, on the phone, over the Internet, or via mail.
Responsible for originating and planning campaigns and reports on campaigns to ensure effective departmental communications.
Develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery.
Supply sufficient information to the Head of operation to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity.
Maintain liaison with external and internal suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing material.
Manage the advertising and the production of promotional material for effective distribution throughout the company departments and to current and prospective clients
Monitoring and analyzing market trends in order to identify future business opportunities.

Procure data and booklets relevant for the company’s background screening services.
Perform quality control functions to outsourced services.
Develop and maintain a positive company image and positive relations between the company and key customers, vendors, and regulators.
Develop, monitor and meet the annual budget for the department.
Handle negotiations with outside parties on behalf of the company.
Set up and maintain files.
Perform any other field related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of BSc (Second Class Lower Division) in any social science course or related field.

Must have completed NYSC by November 2012
Minimum of one (1) year working experience
Must be a Single Female, not more than 30 years old
Should live around LekkiAjah axis
