Job Title: Officer.Regional Legal Services
Location: Abuja,NG

Job Summary
Assist the Head-Regional Legal Services in providing legal services support and advice across assigned region to ensure protection of company interests

Principal Functions

Assist in the resolution of regional legal matters and contribute inputs in advising management on any legal peculiarities of the regionAssist in monitoring and studying the impact of new laws, regulations and legislation on company activities and employees and make recommendations to the Head-Regional Legal ServicesEnsure that the companys case and legal position in litigation is adequately represented and associated risks mitigatedAssist in the resolution of any disputes involving the company and manage the companys legal exposure in assigned regionAssist in the preparation and review of regulatory dispute resolution submissions in assigned regionParticipate in the set up and maintenance of a database of all property documents and other related legal documentation in assigned regionEnsure safe custody of all litigation and dispute resolution files and documentsAssist in implementation of the units work programmes and plans in line with agreed procedures and guidelinesPerform any other duties assigned by the Head-Regional Legal Services

Educational Requirements     

First degree in LawPostgraduate/ professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantageExperience,Skills & Competencies      
Between one (1) and two (2) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience

Job Title: Senior Engineer.Civil Operational Support
Location: Lagos,NG

Job Summary

Assist the Manager-Civil Construction in planning and co-ordinating Etisalat Nigerias administrative civil engineering projects

Principal Functions

Keep abreast of global and local best practices with regards to construction activities for offices and other business premisesEstablish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersPrepare architectural drawings, furniture layouts and BOQs for all civil engineering projects under Operational SupportPerform engineering duties in planning, designing, reviewing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilitiesParticipate in the review of technical bids from civil engineering contractors and make recommendations on selectionEnsure prompt resolution of all on-site issuesEnsure construction activities are in accordance with Etisalat Nigerias Health and Safety policiesImplement the functions work programmes and plans in line with agreed procedures and guidelinesPrepare/ compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager-Civil Construction

Educational Requirements     

First degree in Civil EngineeringPostgraduate qualification/ professional certifications will provide an added advantage

Experience,Skills & Competencies
Between three (3) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience in construction project management.
