The Lead, Support and contract Services has overall responsibility to plan, execute, manage and deliver on customer support service level agreements, outsourcing & support contracts. This includes running the service desk, assigning resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver contracts and support services according to plan. The lead, support & contract services is also responsible for ensuring customers objectives are fulfilled in alignment with corporate business objectives Partner with various account management team, solution implementation team, solution presales team, shared services and stakeholders ( both internal & external) for timely, quality, within scope and within budget fulfilment of customers contracts and support services deliveryMakes contract/outsourcing and support service strategic inputs and contribution to presales efforts, bids, tenders, pre-qualifications and REPs preparations. Responsible for development & delivering outsourced contracts within stipulated budgets, scope/specifications, standards, timelines and appropriate change management where necessaryResponsible for development & delivery of SLAs (service level agreement) within stipulated contract approved budget, scope of deliverables, standards, timelines and appropriate change management where necessaryResponsible for coordinating, collating and submission of all customer contract documentations and contracts administration, contract reporting/submissions and obtain relevant signs offs for the payment supporting document purposes etc
Qualifications:Good first degree in Engineering, computer science or other related discipline/technical background with cognate post-graduate experience in a similar positionMust possess relevant professional certifications-ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2Deep experience in managing technology solutions based contracts and support services is also desirableAn MBA or relevant post graduate degree/professional qualification e.g CCNA, CCNP with an in-depth knowledge of ICT business environment will be an added advantage suitable applicants should send their CV within 1 week from the date of this post.
