A Manufacturing Company requires competent and experienced personnel to fill the post of  a shift coach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach shift leaders and attendants in production department for problems seeking and solving.Keep production at the required level and assure safe coordinating of field jobs with CCR.Give the required experience to locals to run the plant in the future of their ownQUALIFICATION
A degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.A minimum of 10yrs experience in modern industry and 15yrs in other heavy industry.Not more than 35yrs.Must have the knowledge of Raw Mill,Kiln and Cement mill operations,mechanical and electrical installations,auxiliary equipment,lubrication,maintenance,hydraulics,pressure air and burners.Good computer skillsMETHOD OF APPLICATION
