**FPSO HSE ENGINEER**
6 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation

Purpose of role
Focal point for BSWA FPSO HSSE reporting directly to HSE Project manager. Responsible for all aspects of HSSE & SP on BSWA FPSO( , Marine, Offloading and Riser) scope . Coordinate development of HSSE & SP deliverables on FPSO scope and ensure integration of key HSE interfaces with other projects scopes.

Experience & Qualification
Engineering degree or equivalent; 12 years experience Upstream and/or Downstream, with 5 years as a member of major project teams in an HSE role. Accountable for significant HSE delivery on two or more major projects, covering Concept Selection through start up. Proven record of effective team leadership, preferably in diverse and distributed environments. Very strong technical competence in technical safety deliverables and processes. Strategic thinker with good judgment, able to identify and address novel problems. Record of successful commercial negotiations and contractor management. Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple, often conflicting, goals and priorities. Provides clear and decisive leadership in an environment of many competing priorities and diverse activities and issues. Demonstrated Enterprise First behaviours.
