POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Human Resource Personnel/Special Assistant (Ref: HR-Abj)
• Relevant Masters Degree; CIPM membership
• 5years minimum cognate experience
• Clear ability to foster a strong motivation climate
• Competence in forging a strong performance orientation in a business
• Drive, initiative, focused on cultural change
• Ability to set up HR systems and create HR administrative efficiencies
• High computer literacy and communication skills
• Knowledge of major HR softwares
• Practical talent management skills
• High integrity
Accountant (Ref: ACCT-Abj)
• ICAN/ ACCA qualified
• Sound overall accounting knowledge
• Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience
• Mastery of major accounting softwares
• Knowledge of banking relations, an added advantage
• Smart, proactive and business-minded
• Conversant with IFRS corporate requirements.
Head of Business (Ref: HOB-Abj)
• Very good university degree
• 6 years minimum cognate experience
• Very strong capacity for business development
• Proactive and goal oriented
• Passionate and driven
• Strong networking skills, especially in government circles, academia and the corporate environment
• Excellent communication and presentation Skills
• Ability to build, motivate and lead high performance teams
• Strong awareness of the ICT industry
• Resilient and possibility-minded
• Good commercial awareness
• Good knowledge of the culture and politics of the region.
