(1) CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (Ref: COO-OW)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTCOMES:
? Overall responsibility for the profitability and growth of the company, as well as the effectiveness of its business and operational processes.
? Make necessary and timely business decisions, and provide competent leadership on core activities, strategic planning and resource allocation issues.
? Continuous improvement, quality assurance and process improvement with regard to products and processes.
? Ensuring service quality and exceptional customer experience
? Ensure all departmental heads are fully informed of operational objectives.
? Responsibility for company-wide performance and talent management; and engendering a strong performance culture across the system.
? Ensuring rapid market penetration, visibility and footprint
? Deployment of utmost-standard management information systems.
? Consistently driving the growth of employee capability and competence and motivation.
? Establishing business priorities and ensuring effective coordination towards their achievement.
? Ensuring total regulatory and legal compliance in all the company’s activities.
? Facilitate resolution of issues between departments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Degree qualified with varied minimum of 7 years post-degree experience in manufacturing,
service and FCMG industry.
• Computer literacy.
• Good analytical and numeracy skills etc
• Age not more than 45 years old.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff
activities.
? Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.

? Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
? Determine and manage the marketing budget.
? Develop pricing strategy.
? Liaise with media and advert agencies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Business or marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
• Technical experience in customer and market research.
• Relevant industry and product knowledge.

• Preparation of Sales Plans and Strategies.
• Ensuring prompt and effective supply of products across location
• Ensuring market penetration and growth of market share
• Tracking and addressing customer complaints and market feedbacks
• Maintenance of sales report and sales activity records
• Ensure regular quality checks of products
• Monitoring competition, market dynamics and operating environment changes
• Market intelligence and information generation

QUALIFICATIONS
• Good HND/ B.Sc degree
• At least 3 years experience in the FMCG market or related business
• Corporate literacy

B.Sc/HND in Microbiology, Food Science & Technology, Biochemistry or Chemistry with minimum of 6 years relevant experience

OND is Food Science & Technology or Science Laboratory Technology with minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

B.Sc/B.Eng in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with minimum of 6 years relevant experience.

(9) TECHNICIANS (Ref: TEC-OW)
Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Technicians with appropriate technical qualifications (Trade Test II & III) and relevant practical experience.
In every shift, there must be a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics technician and plumber on duty.
