Key functions:
- Reporting directly to and assists the Senior Logistics Specialist in overseeing day-to? day EPC logistics activities including equipment and bulk logistics through the overall supply chain.
- Oversight includes heavy load transport, general cargo transport from worldwide locations to multiple fabrication yards in both Ulsan, Korea and Lagos, Nigeria, freight forwarding services interactions.
- Working with stakeholders to develop execution plans and ensure alignment of Logistics with Project Material Management Tracking Systems.
- Providing input and guidance to the Project team, EPC Contractor regarding logistics, export compliance, customs regulations and processes and import/export requirements at multiple locations - Ulsan, Korea and Lagos, Nigeria.

Justification:
- DSO is very complex logistically with 3 fabrication yards in the US, Korea, and Nigerian and materials and equipment coming from many worldwide locations.
- Logistics Management and Coordination is an activity which has many lessons learned from both EGP3A, EGTal nd Agbami and this is a critical role in the support of the DSO Project.
- The DSO project will be receiving equipment and materials from multiple international origins coming to 2 different fabrications locations Ulsan, Korea for the Topsides and Lagos, Nigeria for the Jacket/Piles). HHI currently lacks experience in this area and will need close monitoring.
- This will be a developmental position providing on-the-job training to a Nigerian National with the goal of being to take over the Logistics support function.

Candidate's key qualifications and experience:
- This position will have at least 10 to 15 years logistics experience ideally in upstream operating environments.
- This position is a developmental position and motivation to learn is key.
- Ideally, candidate will have at least 6 months of logistics experience ideally in upstream operating environments.
- The position needs to be able to work cross-functionally with Construction and Contractor Logistics organizations.
- The candidate must be flexible, proactive, have strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanour and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing a national in all areas of logistics.

Rotational Requirement:
- The candidate will rotate on a 6/2 schedule.

Work Duration:
- 3-4 years
