Duties
The Librarian shall be responsible for the smooth running of the Polytechnic’s Library system and shall report to the Rector.
Qualification and Experience
The right candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Library Science from a recognized institution of higher learning with at least 15 years cognate experience.
The right candidate must also possess academic publication equivalent to that of a Chief Lecturer.
Professional Qualification
The Librarian must be a registered member of an appropriate professional body.
