Job Detail
The successful candidate will be a member of the executive management team supervising facility managers and playing a leading role in acquiring sites and co-ordinating the efforts of team members as well as third party contractors or consultants in ensuring clients are served consistently.Must be able to drive revenue along staff efficiency and productivity.

Skills and Competencies
BA, BSc, HND
At least 10 years hands on experience in facility management with 5 years in a senior management role.
A degree or higher diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Estate Management. MBA will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in people management and strategic planning
Excellent organizational skills including hands on ability to manage multiple tasks and engineering teams for facility management.
Working knowledge of the entire real estate value chain.
