A good first degree from a recognized University in any of the following relevant disciplines: Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, Estate Surveying, Town Planning and Civil Engineering with at least 18 years post-qualification cognate experience. In addition the candidate must be a registered professional.
A registered professional with Master’s Degree plus 18 years post-qualification cognate experience.
A registered professional in the relevant discipline with Doctorate Degree plus 14 years post-qualification cognate experience.
