NDT inspector - Nigeria

Role: Level 3 NDT Inspector (O&G Construction / Pipe Laying).
Location: Lagos, Nigeria.

You MUST already have extensive Welding NDT experience at LEVEL 3 with a leading Oil & Gas Industry Specialist firm.

Essentially, you should be Degree Qualified (or have outstanding career achievements if not) and if possible Chartered (or at-least be underway working towards this, or looking into it).

You will need knowledge of the relevant types of NDT (all types ideally) though it is not necessary to have the L3 Certification in each of the NDT Types.

(L3 Film Reading will be a requirement).

You will need the experience of directing the welding team and welding specialists and directing the NDT people and you should be very knowledgeable in all of the relevant materials and material properties and be someone who keeps up-to-date on new and on-going developments in the industry.

You will need excellent references, the extensive prior experience and the requisite track-record of success in this type of work and you should be someone who thrives on a challenge.

You will initially be based at our Offices in Lagos, Nigeria, and there may-well be some elements of travel associated with the work. This is normal, but you will still be based in Lagos.
