This is a challenging Senior Management position in a competitive environment and the successful candidate will be responsible for preparation of correspondence, memoranda, reports and other materials of highly confidential , in nature; monitor outgoing correspondence; liaise with Senior/ Top Management staff on behalf of GMD; draft business proposals; provide excellent administrate support; maintain electronics and paper based documents; provide leadership for other staff; manage the office in the absence of GMD amongst other responsibilities
