HND, BSc, MSc, MBA.


OND may be accepted in some cases.


Salary: Up to N150,000


Customer Service Representative Job Duties:


  • Ability to handle calls in a high volume call center environment per day, qualifying

  • prospects and closing sales.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements.

  • Ability to manage an irate customer effectively.

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint;

  • Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve

  • The problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
