Salary: Up to N150,000
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Ability to handle calls in a high volume call center environment per day, qualifying
- prospects and closing sales.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Ability to manage an irate customer effectively.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint;
- Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve
- The problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
