Working on the expansion of a new Green Field manufacturing facility in Lagos, Nigeria. Civil and architectural construction manager is an essential role to ensure the timely construction of the buildings in safe and quality manner to allow the completion of all other mechanical and electrical works leading to installation and operation of manufacturing equipment. This role covers the supervision of ground works, foundations, block works, steel erection, cladding and architectural finishes, development of quality control plans and its deployment ,topographical and quantity surveying for alignment with contractors, coordination of mechanical and electrical works leading to successful handover for installation of production machinery and occupation by the operation team.
