CMO – Multi Product Organisation

With a current turnover in excess of $60m, this highly successful and well-established multi product/ brand organisation based in Nigeria has an immediate opportunity for a highly experienced CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) to develop the full marketing strategy of the businesses and to ensure that their brands continue to grow. You will be responsible for developing and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, evaluating the resulting data and implementing any changes that ensue. This is a full marketing role and as CMO you will be expected to drive results and present to the sales teams in order to generate revenue. You must be able to work ?without? day-to-day supervision, whilst under pressure and be able to make smart decisions that will positively impact the group. You will have a Masters Degree in Marketing and ideally a related MBA, considerable experience of working as a CMO within a similar field and have proven leadership and management capabilities, especially in a diverse trading environment. Ideally you will have considerable international experience and have worked in mainland Africa as a CMO.
