Completions Engineer - Permanent Role 28/28 - Nigeria

Progressive Global Energy is currently assisting an international oil and gas Service provider who are keen to identify an exceptional professional for the role of Completions Engineer.

This is a permanent role based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria and is offered on a rotational basis of 28/28.

You will be our Client’s representative, and will be based at their customers’ office and will be essentially responsible for:
-providing high level of support to the product lines, technical selling support, key field product applications support, well prognosis and completion product performance support;
-identify new product opportunities and development strategies
-design well procedures
-interface with management to support direction and strategies
-Oversee the quality of the work undertaken by the team;

To enable you to perform according to the standards laid out by my client you must have:
-5 years of experience in Wellbore completions
Experience in either Lower Completions or Upper Completions ( ideally in both)
-Previous exposure to Deepwater projects
-Must have worked for one of the major international service providers
As an indication, you should expect a salary of $175,000 per year which will include various benefits and uplifts.
