This rapidly expanding secondary school has developed into an inclusive and vibrant community in which young people learn and grow happily. There are currently just over 300 pupils on roll aged 11-15.
Its vision is to be one of West Africa's leading and most inspiring co-educational day and boarding schools, providing a well-resourced, strongly academic, British-style education.
The Board and the Principal are seeking to recruit an outstanding new Vice Principal to join the senior management team either from April or September. This is a wonderful opportunity for an educational leader who is inspired by the challenge of improving and developing standards in a vibrant, yet challenging and exciting school environment.
Along with a sense of humour, flexibility and integrity, you will bring to the School a strong track record success, a thorough understanding of best educational practice and a collegiate approach to working. You will have taught at secondary school level and will have management experience as either a Deputy, a Director of Studies or Head of Department. Experience with the British National Curriculum, of teaching in international settings and in a boarding environment would be beneficial but not essential.
