REQUIREMENTS

B. sc/HND in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Estate ManagementNot less than 4 years experience in facilities management or similar environmentExcellent customer service, good communication and managerial skills, knowledge of relevant applicationsAbility to work under pressure without compromise to quality and timelinessTECHNICIANS: ELECTRICAL, HOME APPLIANCE TECHNICIANS, CARPENTERS, MASON/BRICKLAYERS, WELDERS, PAINTERS, PLUMBERS, STAFFOLDERS, TILLERS, ALUMINUM FABRICATORS, GENERATOR TECHNICIANS/ OPERATORS AND SEWAGE PLANT OPERATORS – REF: TEC/02/C14

REQUIREMENTS

OND or Trade test (I-III) Electrical, Mechanical, AC & Cooling, Civil and Building Tech / SSCE certificate in the relevant field3 – 5 years working experience in maintenance service preferably in a commercial or large residential environmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsPROCUREMENT OFFICER – REF: ADH/02/P14

REQUIREMENTS

B. sc/HND in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years experience in purchasing and supply in a reputable companySound knowledge of procurement and supply chain processAdept in the specification and identification of technical itemsEffective negotiation skills, veritable contacts with manufacturers of required itemsAbility to work under pressure and deliver on timelines in a cost controlled mannerDRIVERS – REF: AHF/02/D14

REQUIREMENTS

Strictly observe traffic rules and speed limitsMinimum of SSCE, valid driver’s license and good knowledge of traffic signs5 years driving experience, sound knowledge of Lagos roadsAbility to diagnose and handle reasonably vehicular challengesSECURITY OPERATIVES – REF: SO/03/B14

REQUIREMENTS
