The Nazarene Rural Health Ministries is a Non-Governmental Organization with focus and concern on the prevalence of diseases, especially easily manageable diseases as well as mortality from lack of access to medical facilities in several communities in the area constituting the Anglican Communion of Kaduna within the geographical area known as Kaduna State.
The Nazarene Rural Health Ministries is looking to recruit various positions listed below for the implementation of donor funded Malaria Project which promotes changes in behaviour, knowledge and attitudes that contribute to malaria prevention. Interventions include: individual and community actions that reduce mosquito habitats; the development of a ‘net culture’ in which nets are valued and used consistently, especially by vulnerable groups; and the adoption of effective treatment-seeking behaviors. The long term aim of this project is to significantly reduce the incidence of malaria in Kaduna State. All positions are fixed term for 2 years.
Job Title: Programme Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
The Nazarene Rural Health Ministry seeks to recruit an M & E officer who will be responsible for all data collection, analysis and learning activities to help ensure accountability and efficiency from start to finish for all projects. The M&E officer will work closely with programme team to assess field conditions, support capacity building initiatives and facilitate the collection of quality data/ quality and timely reports to donor organization. This position reports to the Programme Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all M&E initiatives for assigned grants/Project including monitoring data quality, tracking the progress of activitiesManage/create where necessary framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of projectsSupport in defining and implementing the key performance indicators (KPI) as well as monitoring them throughout the duration of the projects.Manage proper documentation, organize and capture project/programme progress. RESPONSIBILITIES
