ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, HEALTH SYSTEMS STRENGTHENING (HSS)Will provide technical leadership in the planning, implementing and monitoring of health systems strengthening and laboratory activities on FHI 360 Nigeria’s projects
REQUIREMENTS
MBS or similar degree with 5 – 7 years post NYSC experience with at least 5 years progressive experience in health systems strengthening, health financing, human resource for health management or other related areasMPH or related degree with 7 – 9 years post NYSC experience with at least 5 years progressive experience in health systems strengthening, health financing, human resource for health management or other related areasExpertise in health systems analysis, health financing, human resource for health and service deliveryFamiliarity with Nigerian Public Sector health system and NGOs and CBOsTECHNICAL OFFICER, CLINICAL SERVICESWill provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus in clinical management of HIV/AIDS
REQUIREMENTS
MBBS with 1 – 3 years relevant experience in clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settingsPossession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related fieldFamiliarity with Nigerian Public Sector health system and NGOs and CBOsTECHNICAL OFFICER, LABORATORY SERVICESWill liaise with the Senior Technical Officer and the laboratory team as country office to provide support and implement high quality laboratory services within the sales for FHI360 Nigeria programs
REQUIREMENTS
B. sc in Laboratory Sciences or related field with 5 – 7 years post NYSC experience and at last 3 years experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDSOr Master’s degree in Laboratory Sciences or related field with 5 – 7 years post NYSC experience and at last 3 years experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDSProven ability to implementing Quality Assurance and Quality control in a laboratory settingKnowledge of advanced laboratory procedures , diagnosis and management related to HIV/AIDS care and treatment with some experience in an international development organization preferredCertification of license to practice as a medical laboratory scientist is requiredExpertise in hematology, TB and blood safety issues will be an advantageFamiliarity with Nigerian Public Sector health system and NGOs and CBOsASSISTANT TECHNICAL OFFICERWill provide technical programmatic and laboratory support to implement high quality state and LGA level HIV/AIDS, PMTCT, RH/HIV, TB, HCT and other services at the state level
