v Demonstrated competence in people and project management
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT (WFMC-04-004)REQUIREMENTS
v Minimum of 4 years of sales in the consulting / professional services industry, demonstrable success of prospecting and crossing sizeable deals
v Good knowledge of financial sectors, public sector, FMCG, Oil & gas and ICT
v Ability to integrate knowledge of WFMC’s services, the client and the key competitors into the sales process and using the knowledge to uncover needs and create value based solutions
HEAD, LEARNING MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION (WFMC-04-005)REQUIREMENTS
v Not less than 4 years professional experience in managing learning administration in a consulting environment or a training academy
v Excellent verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, communication, relationship building, social networking skills
v Good report writing skill is non-negotiable
v Leadership skills and ability to organize and motivate self and others to deliver on deadlines
v Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work to very high standards
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (WFMC-04-006)REQUIREMENTS
v Minimum of 7 years experience, 2 of which must have been in a managerial position
v Practical accounting experience in a consulting environment will be an advantage
v B. sc in Accounting with ACA, ACCA
v Working knowledge of Accounting Principles and Conventions
HEAD, STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION (WFMC-04-007)REQUIREMENTS
v Not less than 8 years human resource generalist experience acquired in a fast paced and performance driven work environment
v Good knowledge of all HR process areas including organization design, manpower deployment, compensation and rewards, employee engagement etc
RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (WFMC-04-008)REQUIREMENTS
v A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2nd class lower division
v Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role from a consulting firm
v Excellent knowledge and demonstrated use of Social Media as a recruitment tool
v Must have competency based interview knowledge and skills
HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL COMPLIANCE (WFMC-04-009)REQUIREMENTS
v Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of compliance management and/or internal control experience
v Prior management experience in a high business risk prone environment
v Quality management certifications such as ISO standards or other related ones
v Must e comfortable with engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
v Experience developing policy and procedure / process and driving effective change management
TEAM LEAD ASSESSMENT SOLUTIONS (WFMC-04-010)REQUIREMENTS
v A proven track record of successfully conducting volume based / assessment projects
v Good knowledge of various assessment tools and practical experience in deploying them for assessing candidates
v Certification from the British Psychology Society is an advantage
v Strong personality and ability to manage multiple projects in several locations simultaneously
