The successful Candidate is expeced to:

Lead IT engagement and provide subject matter expertise (SME) for Airtel Enterprise Business and NPD functions.

Participating in preparing IT strategy for Enterprise Services, and to take the ES vision to the next level by engaging with all business functions. Enable all business processes and services to create Industry benchmarks and leadership examples.

Participate in constant business reviews and align business strategies and map them to IT strategies. 

Manage our key strategic partners by providing them the business requirements; ensure prioritization and timely execution by regular review mechanism. 

One of the key areas is to help the Enterprise Business achieve its growing objectives with new products and service offerings. Customer lifecycle management, system enhancements and keeping constant efforts to improve processes, systems and innovation.

Supporting Activities:

Develop project charter, preliminary project scope consisting expectations, objectives, risks, approach, deliverables with key stakeholdersInterpret URS / PCN and develop CSRsConstitute project team including steering committeesDevelop and refine project plan and detailed work plan to effectively manage, the effort, scope, product deliverables, milestones, resources, etc.Develop project control framework to cover the establishment of a sponsor group, risks and issue management, and communication managementPlan contracting, procurement and purchasing of materialsExecute, monitor and control different aspects of the product development lifecycle.Employ effective change, risk and communication management to drive the progress toward the agreed goalConduct status update meetings and report product development  progressManage time, quality, scope and cost of project and correct deviation from planManage stakeholdersDrive third party partner engagement for new product developmentManage product delivery and payment milestones with strategic partners.Liaise and review SLAs with vendorsEnsure prompt response to Group request on product development activities.Prompt resolution and management of issues with vendors.Graduate Degree : BSc  Computer Science or related disciplineProject management certification would be an advantage5 years of project management experience in the TELCO space with Product development experience.3 years business analysis experience.
