One of our clients in the IT Industry is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager with extensive experience in Customer Service Management, IT Product, Solution development that support the business’ objectives.

Job Description
Develop and manage on-going relationships with new clients towards a profitable goal
Built brand awareness through direct client development activities as well as through networking and marketing programs
Increase the sales opportunities that will maximise revenue for the entire organisation
seek new clients and make a combined effort with the sales team to drive them towards the company’s new products & services
Assist in managing the existing business accounts and ensure that they stay healthy
Understand the company’s reputation and ensures to retain that image by continually enhancing the organisation’s performance.
Identify new opportunities for sales campaigns that can lead to increased sales
Discuss and consult with other managers on latest business trends with a view to introduce innovative products or services in future


Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry is required.
Microsoft, Cisco certifications would be an added advantage as the successful candidate should be familiar with IT products, services
