Our client, a leading provider of maritime services to a multinational client in Nigeria, seeks to appoint a:
The Role
Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:
Providing clerical and admin support
Maintain all office administrative and operational records
Receive and maintain active records of visitors
Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails
Develop and maintain office filing and storage systems
Type documents, reports and correspondences
Supervise and maintain good office hygiene and cleanliness
Job Requirement
OND or secretarial certification
Computer literate with good internet usage skills
Prior relevant work experience will be an added advantage
Simple book keeping and administrative ability is required
Preferably candidates should reside within Apapa and its Environs
