Role Summary/Purpose
Faciliate and manage revenue growth and operational activity through dsitribution model in the West Africa region.

Essential Responsibilities: 

Develop and achive annual regional sales planMangement all aspects of the sales process from analysis of customers initial sated requirements through formal pro forma quoatation to receip of order and timely fulfillmentTrain and coach regional distributors’ sales staff to ensure the highest level of technical and commercila competenceaintain close contact with regional distributors and final end usees through regular country visits to ensure close and positive business relationashipsEnsure that regioanl distributors and customers and fully trained on all techical aspects of the Wayne product rangeEnsure all regional distributor agreements are currentCo-ordinate relationships and interface with Commercial Operations; Technical Marketing, Product Management and other functions

Qualifications/Requirements: 

Minimum 5 years experience in a similiar techical sales role in West AfricaFluent English and French (written and spoken)Prepared and able to travel throughout region
