This will primarily focus on community-based Savings and Loan Schemes (S&L) for caregivers and heads of families affected by HIV/AIDS. This includes design & delivery of S&L schemes through training and support for project teams and partners, and technical guidance to ensure services are relevant to the communities and linked with other economic strengthening services provided by other agencies in the area. <BR>Annual Gross Salary: N5, 000,000.00.</P><P><STRONG>2.)  Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Technical Advisor</STRONG><BR>This position will assume a lead technical advisory role in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective and appropriate Monitoring and Evaluation systems for all project activities of the Links for Children Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC Project). This includes provision of ongoing training and technical support to staff teams and partners in the use ofM&E tools and the implementation of M&E systems. This includes one organization at the national level and 6 Civil Society Organizations, at both the national and state levels in Bauchi, Kaduna, and Katsina. The OD advisor will provide overall guidance and coordination in designing and implementing the capacity building plans for each organization, which will comprise a variety of systems including finance, program/project management, strategic planning, HR systems, proposal writing, information and knowledge management, etc. <BR>Annual Gross Salary: N5, 000,000.00.</P><P><STRONG>4.)  IT/Knowledge Management Officer</STRONG><BR>This position will provide general IT technical support and to undertake specific day to day running of IT systems for the Abuja and field offices.
